
Registration Fees:
Group registration is available for more than 6 participants from the same laboratory (please contact: info@isls-isbc2020.com)
Notes
(1) ISBC member or SEA member registrations must be accompanied by a Society attestation.
(2) Students must justify their condition by uploading the supporting document to the platform (download template).
Registration fees include:
1. Attendance of all conference sessions
2. Conference kit
3. Welcome ceremony
4. Coffee breaks (Tuesday to Friday, morning & afternoon)
5. Conference Lunches pack (Tuesday to Friday, mid-day meals only)
6. Conference tour (depending on the sanitary conditions)
7. Submitted abstract will be included in the Conference book of abstracts.
GALA DINNER (not included in the registration fees)
Gala Dinner is cancelled until Covid situation improves. If the event can be developed in safety conditions, depending on the evolution of the pandemic, we will inform in this section of the web.
LETTER OF INVITATION (FOR VISA)
If you require a letter of invitation for Visa application purposes, you can ask for it at the same time when you are submitting an abstract. If it is not done at that moment always is possible to send an email to ISLS-ISBC 2020 Committee (info@isls-isbc2020.com) to ask for it.
Abstract Submission
Please ensure you are familiar with the following guidelines prior to submitting your abstract using the button below. When submitting an abstract, you will be required to provide the following information in the portal and in your abstract respectively.

I. Abstract title (should reflect the content of the presentation)
II. Name, affiliation and contact details of the corresponding (presenting) Author
III. Preferred presentation type (Oral presentation or Poster)
IV. Preferred conference session theme
V. Abstract (details are specified in the Template)
If you will pay close the conference date or in situ, please send an email to the ISLS-ISBC 2020 Committee (info@isls-isbc2020.com) to ask for your work to be published in the ISLS-ISBC 2020 Conference booklet.
Abstract template
Oral and poster presenters are required to download and use the ISLS-ISBC 2020 Abstract Template to format their Abstract. Download template .
Please note: The format of, and instructions for, the template will need to be followed for the abstract to be considered for review. Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx). Please ensure your abstract is no more than one page, including figures (optional) and references.
Conference session themes
Authors of abstracts for both oral and poster presentation types are required to categorize their abstract to assist the ISLS-ISBC 2020 Organizing Committee with their task of grouping related presentations. Topic areas are listed in Sessions Information section https://isls-isbc2020.com/about/ .
